Our Vision At HyphaPro our vision is to leverage our expertise in precise fungal breeding to create improved production pipelines for foodstuffs and other products useful to man. We foresee a world where these products might be produced reliably anywhere in a process much akin to brewing and with a far reduced environmental footprint compared to farming-based paths.

Our Dual-product strategy: Targeting high-demand Ovalbumin (bulk market) and high-value, niche Ovotransferrin (non-food IP).

We are building a resilient and sustainable alternative to traditional animal-derived proteins. Our solution combines advanced molecular biology with scalable precision fermentation technology, moving protein production out of the farm and into the controlled environment of the bioreactor.
